Or just Reda

Imma a Buddhist-school drop-out. Sorta. 🤨

I completed the full Geshe curriculum at the Asian Classics Institute — think Tibetan Ivy League. Then I stepped into the “Secret Teachings” and respectfully bowed out. Ask me why sometime.

For over 15 years, I’ve studied meditation, the subtle body, yogic and tantric traditions, and the art of being a cosmic entity in a human space suit.

My approach lives at the intersection of the practical and the mystical — real-world practices like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) meet energetic systems, ancestral teachings, and the wisdom of plant spirits.

I create grounded, emotionally safe spaces for queer folks and people of color to stretch their hearts, be compassionately honest, and practice resilience. I’m good at helping people remember who they are — and reaching in to find their mystical gifts. To give space for the 🧙🏾‍♀️, 🧞‍♀️, and 🧚🏼 to come out and play.

My archetype? I see myself as a boulder. But I love a good genie moment.

I offer one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and community practice spaces. My work is less about “fixing” and more about building emotional range, spiritual stamina, and the kind of deep inner steadiness that doesn’t flinch when life throws a curveball.

If that sounds like something you want to explore — I’m here.
