Designed with ingredients from Buddhism, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Somatic Experience (SE), I/We created this workshop as a gym for stregthening our emotional capacity to deal with the intense waves of challenging feelings in the world. And we can. And we must!

  • Emo Part 1

    Emo Part 1 (Winter)

    Emotional regulation is the exploration and practice of learning about the spectrum of emotions.

  • Emo Part 2 (Spring)

    Speaking Truth. The Truth saying. How to express your dreams and desires to yourself, others and the Cosmos. No biggie.

  • Emo Part 3 (Summer)

    Mindfullness. We look at the mind and all the juicy power it has once we settle the muddy muck the is running around in there.

  • Emo Part 4 (Fall)

    The wild ride of disruglation. We focus on what happens when we lose our shit.

Generally speaking We meet once a week for 4 weeks. Virtually

Each session is about an hour and half. There’s lecture, conversations and exercises to take home. All of these include a one on one session with the facilitators.
